Ethiopia is where coffee was first discovered, and every cup we pour honors that heritage. We work directly with smallholder farmers who grow organic beans in the highlands, shaded by native trees and picked by hand at peak ripeness.

We roast in small batches so each origin keeps its character: bright florals from Yirgacheffe, deep fruit from Sidamo, and earthy sweetness from Harrar. Then we brew it with the same care it was grown with.
